The National Agency for Supporting Youth Employment (ANSEJ) If you are unemployed, and your age ranges between 19 and 35 years, an investment amount of 10,000,000 DA will be granted to you as a maximum:

CNAC loan.
The CNAC loan is an investment loan with a term of 08 years or more, that allows the financing of projects submitted by unemployed youth to establish small and medium enterprises. CNAC loan is mainly directed to: Purchasing new or refurbished equipment, especially the purchase of raw materials and other equipment after the start of the project
ANSEJ loan.
ANSEJ is a loan directed to unemployed youth between the ages of 19-35 years, And they hold a professional qualification related to the work to be financed, and they have the ability to provide a specific self-contribution in order to finance the project.
ANGEM loan.
The ANGEM micro-loan is granted to the category of citizens who are without income and/or have irregular income, Dedicated to creating new activities, including those carried out at home, in order to purchase equipment and raw materials to start work
